About Me
Hi, I'm Megan, a registered psychologist and the person behind Finding Me Psychology. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and curious. I like therapy to feel human - because therapy can hold the hard stuff, humour, and everything in between.I'm interested in what's happening for you now, but also in how you got here - the patterns you've developed, the ways you've learned to cope, and the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world around you.My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to sit with you as we get curious about what's happening, what might be keeping you stuck, and find ways forward that feels right for you.

- Therapy with me might involve understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, developing practical ways to respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, or exploring the experiences and beliefs that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.
